Riku Dhan Subba has over 12 years of professional experience in public administration, media, and communications. He holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from Murdoch University (Western Australia) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors from Delhi University. He is a published author of media studies textbooks, a book, and journal articles, with a strong commitment to literature, research, and sustainable development.

Mr. Sangay Phuntsho Waiba has professional experience in education, research, training, and organizational development. Prior to joining the Bhutan Media Foundation (BMF), he served as a teacher and lecturer, where he gained over two and a half years of experience in teaching, facilitation, mentoring, capacity building, and academic guidance. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Chandigarh University, India, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from Sherubtse College, Bhutan. He has authored three research papers and has experience supervising capstone projects, as well as mentoring students in research methodologies and entrepreneurship. His professional interests include leadership, public relations, project management, research, and professional writing. He is committed to advancing media development, fostering knowledge creation, and strengthening institutional capacity through research, collaboration, effective project management, and strategic communication.

Ms. Sonam Pelden is an Accountant at the Bhutan Media Foundation, responsible for supporting the organization’s financial management through budgeting, payment processing, financial record keeping, and maintaining accurate accounting records. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Gedu College of Business Studies and has experience in accounting, financial administration, and office operations
