Riku Dhan Subba has over 12 years of professional experience in public administration, media, and communications. He holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from Murdoch University (Western Australia) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors from Delhi University. He is a published author of media studies textbooks, a book, and journal articles, with a strong commitment to literature, research, and sustainable development.

Mr. Dawa Tshering possesses extensive experience in project budget management, totaling more than 14 years. His professional journey with BMF commenced in 2011, where he played a pivotal role in the development of the organization’s accounting manual and implementation of its accounting software. Earlier in his career, he served for five years at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests

Ms Sonam Wangmo has worked with BMF since its establishment in 2010. She has managed projects as well as project logistics. She completed her degree in B.Com from Royal Thimphu College. She works closely with the project coordinator and Executive Director by providing administrative and logistics support. She also assists the Finance Officer in planning and preparing project budgets.

Ms.Neera Rai, is a graduate of Sherubtse College with a Bachelor’s degree in Population and Development Studies. She has a deep curiosity for the real world, which inspires her to explore real-life adventures and engage with documentaries and podcasts that tell powerful, true stories. She has a strong passion for the culinary arts, finding joy and creativity in cooking and discovering diverse flavors and cuisines. Her interests reflect a deep compassion for both people and culture in all its forms

Mr. Tenzing Dorji joined Bhutan Media Foundation in July 2025 as the Programme and Communications Officer. He supports the design and implementation of media programmes and leads the Foundation’s communication and outreach efforts.

Before joining BMF, Tenzing worked as a radio jockey and producer at Kuzoo FM, where he hosted and produced several youth-focused and media-related radio shows.

He works closely with the Programme Officer and Executive Director to ensure effective programme delivery and public communication.
