Riku Dhan Subba has over 12 years of professional experience in public administration, media, and communications. He holds a Master of Public Policy and Management from Murdoch University (Western Australia) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors from Delhi University. He is a published author of media studies textbooks, a book, and journal articles, with a strong commitment to literature, research, and sustainable development.

Ms. Banshika Rai, a former Assistant Academic Officer at Royal Thimphu College, brings a wealth of experience to her new role at Bhutan Media Foundation. Holding a degree in English from Sherubtse College, Banshika has a solid foundation in language and communication. With her diverse background, Banshika is well-equipped to contribute effectively to the communication efforts at Bhutan Media Foundation.

Mr Dawa Tshering has more than 10 years of experience in project budget management. He has worked with BMF since its establishment in 2010. Before joining BMF, Dawa worked at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests for five years. He has set up the accounting manual and accounting software for BMF.

Ms Sonam Wangmo has worked with BMF since its establishment in 2010. She has managed projects as well as project logistics. She completed her degree in B.Com from Royal Thimphu College. She works closely with the project coordinator and Executive Director by providing administrative and logistics support. She also assists the Finance Officer in planning and preparing project budgets.
