The Thimphu Press Club (TPC), a social enterprise of the Bhutan Media Foundation (BMF), is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic Chef to join our team.

Duty Station: Thimphu Press Club, NPPF Commercial Hub, Thimphu
Position: Chef | Full-time
Probation: Six months
Basic Salary: Nu. 15,000 per month + performance-based incentive
Provident Fund: 5% employer + 5% employee contribution

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day hospitality and operations of the Press Club, including preparing and serving meals and refreshments, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety, managing supplies, supporting events and meetings, and assisting with basic public relations and social media activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class X qualification with relevant training or experience in cooking, hospitality, restaurants, cafés, catering, or customer service.
• Good cooking and hospitality skills.
• Basic computer literacy and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
